Patti Jo Dremler of Tonto Basin, AZ, passed away August 11, 2026, at the age of 67. She was born December 28, 1958, in Fort Atkinson, WI, to the late Raymond and Arlene Hoefs.
Patti graduated from Jefferson High School, Jefferson, WI, in 1977 and was united in marriage to her husband of 47 years, James Dremler, on July 30, 1979.
Patti moved with her family to Tomahawk, WI, in 1990 where she spent 20 years working for the State of Wisconsin, first at Lincoln Hills and then with the Wisconsin State Patrol in Wausau, WI.
After owning and operating Clover Club Bar and Grill for years, Patti and her husband moved to Arizona, eventually settling in Tonto Basin. She worked for Gila County, the CASA Program and finally Tonto Basin Elementary School before retiring.
Patti was known for her heart of service. She served her local church community and the food pantry, was involved with the highway cleanup program, and volunteered as a poll worker. She was active in her local Kiwanis, Ft. Reno VFW Auxiliary, and Kairos Outside Prison Ministry.
Above all else, she was a passionate and faithful follower of Jesus Christ. The outflowing of her faith produced such kindness, thoughtfulness, selflessness, and love for all those she encountered, exemplifying what it meant to follow Him. Her faith was an inspiration to many.
Patti is survived by her husband, James Dremler. She was a devoted mother to her surviving children Joshua Dremler, Merrill, WI, and Jamie (Dremler) Wood, Casa Grande, AZ, and a cherished grandmother to her 8 grandchildren, Selah, Hannah, Sariah, Isaiah, Aleyah, Emerah, Lilianah and James. She also warmly embraced the role of stepmother to Jennifer Williams, with grandchildren Caitlyn, Carlee, and Kia and great grandchildren Jace, Kinzlee, and Blaine. Patti is survived by her 5 siblings; she is proceeded in death by her parents.
Patti was an inspiration to so many and left behind a true legacy. “Well done, good and faithful servant.”
2 Timothy 4:7 "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." Patti now rests in the arms of the Savior, free from sickness and pain, rejoicing in the presence of the Almighty.
Visitation will be held Friday, August 21, 2026, at Messinger Mortuary in Payson from 4:00-6:00pm. Visitation will also be held Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Desert Community Christian Fellowship in Tonto Basin starting at 10:00am, followed by her celebration of life at 11:00am.
