LINCOLN COUNTY – A Tomahawk man charged with calling in threats to a local grocery last year will go to trial this fall.
Nicholas P. Wolf, 26, faces two felony counts of bomb scares and two felony counts of making terrorist threats.
The charges stem from threats that were received by Trig’s, 662 N. 4th St., Tomahawk, in late Nov. 2025. Trig’s later said both calls were ultimately determined to be false alarms.
Wolf was identified as a suspect in the threats and was arrested by the Tomahawk Police Department as part of a multi-jurisdictional investigation.
Wolf is scheduled to appear in Lincoln County court on Friday, Sept. 25, for a final pre-trial hearing. A two-day jury trial is slated to begin on Tuesday, Oct. 6.
Wolf is also facing similar charges in Fond du Lac and Washington counties. He is scheduled to appear in Fond du Lac County court for a status hearing on Friday, June 12, and in Washington County court for a hearing on Monday, Aug. 17, according to court records.
