Boy Scouts, Legion conduct fall roadside cleanup

TOMAHAWK – Tomahawk Boy Scout Troop 548 and American Legion Post 93 last month teamed up for their fall roadside cleanup.

The crew picked up litter alongside County Hwy. S from the Lincoln County garage to U.S. Hwy. 51.

Those involved with the project were Scouts Drew Voermans, Alex Taylor, Luke Taylor, Aidan Sigl and George VanAstin; Scout Leaders Forrest VanAstin, Jon Sigl and Maya Sigl; and Post 93’s Gerry Johnson.

The Scouts and the Legion also partner on roadside cleanup in the spring.
