2024 lineup

EMBER is slated to kick off the summer concert series this week.

“Taking first place at the 2023 Hodag Pick-off, Ember has quickly established themselves as a crowd favorite, performing everywhere from local venues, resorts and casinos to warming up the stage for national acts,” TMOR stated. “They bring a fun party atmosphere with their dance-driven renditions of popular rock and country hits.”

The Jerry Schmitt Band will take the TMOR stage on June 26.

TMOR said Nashville recording artist Jerry Schmitt and his band have become known as one of the premier country artists and bands in the United States.

“A blend of modern and traditional country music with a rockabilly influence, their sound appeals to young and old alike, and their love of performing and dedication to preserving traditional country music makes each of their shows a unique experience for their fans,” TMOR said.

Copper Box, a longtime TMOR crowd favorite, will be back in Tomahawk on July 3.

“Copper Box is an accordion-fueled, roots rock party,” TMOR stated. “Based in Oshkosh, they have won multiple Wisconsin Area Music Industry (WAMI) awards over the years. Threads of blues, rock, zydeco and polka are all fused together in a genre-blending celebration.”

TMOR noted that on July 3, there will be a special start time of 5:30 p.m. and end time of 7:30 p.m. to accommodate the Kwahamots water ski show on the Wisconsin River.

On July 10, The Tamaracks will perform.

“Originating in Tomahawk, The Tamaracks have made a name for themselves all around the state of Wisconsin,” TMOR said. “With a brand of music that integrates rock, blues, country and Americana, The Tamaracks are finding success with their own original music and the release of their new album, Fool Me Once. Expect the hits you know and love, as well as some original material with flair in their set list.”

Billy Bronsted Trio will take the stage on July 17.

“With two studio albums, a handful of cross-country tours and a slew of festival shows under his belt, Wisconsin-based singer/songwriter Billy Bronsted delivers his newest project – a genre-bending exploration of his musical roots,” TMOR stated. “BB3 delivers the heartfelt storytelling of Billy's expansive catalog. The music celebrates hard-working folks, the highs and lows of everyday life and the rhythms that keep us dancing.”

On July 24, Santy and Son with Friends Band will perform.

“Get ready for a musical experience like no other,” TMOR said. “Eileen on lead vocals can melt hearts and ignite dance parties. John on guitar has fingers that dance across the strings, conjuring up groovy chords and electrifying solos. Jeff on bass guitar lays down the foundation with his funky bass line, and Scott on drums is the heartbeat of the quartet.”

Another crowd favorite, Hip Pocket, will make their TMOR return to wrap up the concert series on July 31.

TMOR said Hip Pocket is a “powerful band with striking leads and four-part harmony vocals.”

“It's all about the groove,” TMOR stated. “This nine-member band will be playing your favorite top 40, R&B, Latin-infusion, jazz, pop, modern and classic rock hits. From nine months to 90 years and every age in between, Hip Pocket will keep you dancing.”
