WISCONSIN – The Tomahawk High School hockey team was recently recognized for its sportsmanship in the 2025 winter State tournaments.
The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association (WIAA), in cooperation with Rural Mutual Insurance, this week announced the recipients of the team Sportsmanship Awards.
The Tomahawk skaters received honorable mention.
The Amery/Clayton/Clear Lake/Unity Co-op was selected as the Sportsmanship Award recipient.
Tomahawk defeated Amery Co-op to secure the program’s first State title.
The Hatchets received the Sportsmanship Award last year.
