FOR THE TOMAHAWK LEADER
TOMAHAWK – The Tomahawk High School Class of 2020 is set to graduate, but this year’s seniors will do so in a unique way.
Principal Ryan Huseby said class officers are working with advisers, administration, and a media company to produce a virtual ceremony.
“The ceremony will include speeches and the presentation of graduates,” Huseby stated. “The officers are working with their fellow classmates to incorporate some virtual interactive components.”
Huseby noted last week that specific details about what the ceremony will entail may change.
The virtual ceremony will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, June 5. A link to the ceremony will be available online at www.tomahawk.k12.wi.us. A digital copy of the ceremony will also be provided to senior families at a later date, the School District of Tomahawk said.
