MANNINEN RE-UPS IN MARINE CORPS: United States Marine Corps Sergeant Michael F. Manninen has selflessly committed to six more years of service to his country. Sgt. Manninen graduated from Tomahawk High School in 2016 and left for USMC Boot Camp in San Diego in July of 2016. He has been accepted into the USMC Reconnaissance program and will begin training shortly. Sgt. Manninen is currently stationed at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, where he resides with his wife, Taylour Green. He is the son of David Manninen and Aly Soucy, both of Tomahawk, and brother of Josef Manninen (UWSP Freshman).
