MERRILL – Park City Credit Union (PCCU) last week announced that Janet Schreiber has been promoted to Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO).

In a release, PCCU said Schreiber has been with PCCU since 2001 and has over 24 years of experience in Human Resources and the financial service industry.

“Janet Schreiber’s leadership and commitment have played a crucial role in our success and in cultivating a positive work environment,” said Val Mindak, PCCU President/CEO. “Her expertise in strategic Human Resource management and dedication to employee development have significantly contributed to our team’s growth and well-being.”

As CHRO, Schreiber will concentrate on enhancing PCCU’s HR initiatives, including talent acquisition and employee engagement, according to the release.

“Furthermore, she will continue to oversee the Park City Human Resources Department, while maintaining her responsibilities with Elevate Business Solutions,” PCCU stated.

"I am honored to step into the role of Chief Human Resource Officer at Park City Credit Union," Schreiber said. "I look forward to further supporting our employees and driving initiatives that foster growth, engagement and a positive workplace culture, as well as contributing to the ongoing development of Elevate Business Solutions, our newly established CUSO.”

Schreiber started at PCCU as an Executive Assistant and progressed through roles including Human Resources Manager and Vice President of Human Resources and Administration before accepting her current role.

“With a strong background in accounts payable, accounts receivable and customer service, she has bolstered her expertise by studying courses in human resources and development through the Society of Human Resource Management,” PCCU stated.

“Her vision for the future aligns seamlessly with our company’s goals, and we are confident that her contributions will lead to even greater achievements,” Mindak said. “We are thrilled to see her step into this new position.”
