MERRILL – Park City Credit Union (PCCU) last week announced its merger with Wood County Employees Credit Union.
A release from PCCU said the merger is a “strategic partnership that will expand PCCU’s footprint into Wood and Portage counties.”
“This merger reflects PCCU’s continued financial strength and commitment to serving more members and communities across Wisconsin,” PCCU stated.
Through the merger, members of Wood County Employees Credit Union will gain access to a broader range of financial products, enhanced services and cutting-edge technology, according to PCCU.
“This merger is a natural fit for both organizations,” said Val Mindak, President/CEO of PCCU. “We share a deep commitment to our members and the communities we serve. By joining forces, we’re not only expanding our reach, but we’re also strengthening our ability to deliver exceptional value, personalized service and innovative financial solutions to even more people.”
PCCU said the merger is expected to be seamless for members, and members of Wood County Employees Credit Union will soon enjoy access to enhanced and expanded services through PCCU.
“This includes a wider array of financial products, improved digital banking tools and a broader network of branches and ATMs, designed to better serve their evolving financial needs while maintaining the personalized service they’ve come to expect,” PCCU stated.
PCCU said it “looks forward to welcoming the members of Wood County Employees Credit Union into its growing family.”
