Patricia Colleen LaRue, age 74, of Tripoli, WI, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. Patricia was born Patricia Colleen Leseman in San Bernardino, CA, on October 25, 1951. A talented artist and musician, Patricia lived a life full of joy, tenacity, creativity, and love. She worked as an artist for her and her late husband's sign business, Sun Signs, and later became one of the first women to forge a 15+ year career as a long-haul truck driver.
She is survived by her loving husband, Merlin Monson; and her six children, Jennifer, Joshua, Staci, Jesse, Brandi, and Bobbie, along with her grandchildren.
Patricia will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery in the Town of Skanawan, WI, on Friday, May 8, at 1:00 PM. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026, in Temecula, CA. Generations Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family.
