TOWN OF NOKOMIS – This week, members of the Nokomis Volunteer Fire Department took part in annual driving refresher training.
As part of the training, members navigated obstacle courses in forward and reverse.
“Kudos to our newer members for stepping up and taking on new challenges, maneuvering these vehicles that are longer, heavier and have wider turning radii than their personal daily ride,” the department said.
