New banners on Veterans Memorial Bridge
New banners have been hung along Veterans Memorial Bridge in Tomahawk. The banners were gifted to the City of Tomahawk by Joan Laabs, a local supporter of American Legion Post 93 and VFW Post 2687. The banners depict the American flag, historic emblems of United States military branches and POW/MIA soldiers, as well as the Four Chaplains, who died aboard the U.S.S. Dorchester in World War II.

TOMAHAWK – New banners have been hung along Veterans Memorial Bridge in Tomahawk.
The banners were gifted to the City of Tomahawk by Joan Laabs, a local supporter of American Legion Post 93 and VFW Post 2687.
