NCHC announces Marnie Bredlau as Director of HR, member of Senior Leadership Team

WAUSAU – North Central Health Care (NCHC) last week announced that Marnie Bredlau has joined the organization as Director of Human Resources.

NCHC serves Lincoln, Marathon and Langlade counties and operates Pine Crest Nursing Home in Merrill.

As Director of Human Resources, Bredlau will also serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, providing a strategic vision for the organization, according to a release from NCHC.

The release said Bredlau brings with her 22 years of experience in human resources, with over 10 years serving as a human resources leader in the central Wisconsin area. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

“Marnie is a great asset to our NCHC team,” said NCHC Executive Director Gary Olsen. “She has a deep understanding of hiring challenges unique to our central Wisconsin area and has worked in human resources in a variety of fields, including retail, manufacturing, banking and healthcare. This experience, coupled with her strategic vision and expertise in human resources, will be instrumental in helping NCHC reach our strategic goals.”
