Nancy Lea Langeberg, 81, of Tomahawk, passed away on July 27, 2026, at home surrounded by her family.

Nancy was born in Oshkosh, WI on December 20, 1944 to W. Riede and Ferne (Horne) Davis. She graduated Omro High School in 1963. Through mutual friends, she met Michael Langeberg and they married in 1963.

She worked at Wagner’s in Winneconne before she and Mike moved to Tomahawk where she spent almost 25 years in the bakery at Nelson’s Super Market. Her passion for baking continued long after she retired. She sold pies and Christmas cookies for many years during the holidays, baked for monthly birthday celebrations at United Methodist Church, and made cupcakes for her grandchildren’s weddings.

Mike and Nancy spent many winters on their snowmobiles, riding all over the Midwest with friends and even out to Yellowstone once. She was always “on the go” whether it was to the golf course, bowling, exercise classes, church, or with her great-grandkids.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Mike; children, Bob (Diane) Langeberg of Tomahawk and Connie (Kevin) Bandoch of Tomahawk; her brother, Larry (Candy) Davis of Charleston, SC; her sister, Kathy Davis of Olympia, WA; and her grandchildren: Nate Langeberg of Tomahawk, Koren (Nick) Petersen of De Pere, Carissa (Brad) Doleshal of Tomahawk, Chelsey (Camron) Schuh of Colby, and Cody (Amanda) Bandoch of Tomahawk. As well as 11 great-grandkids. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Merrill Davis and Lyle Davis.

The family is very grateful for every single person with Aspirus Hospice.

A celebration of life will be held August 9, 2026, 2-5 pm, at Inshalla Country Club with a brief prayer service at 2pm. There will be a private burial at Greenwood Cemetery at a later date.
