As reported by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Monday, Feb. 23:
On 02/20/26 deputies were dispatched to an injury crash involving a Lincoln County plow truck and a passenger car on USH 51 near the 224 mile marker in the Town of Skanawan. Upon arrival, the deputies were advised that the plow truck being operated by an Irma man, 34, was actively engaged in plowing operations heading N/B on USH 51 when the truck was struck in the rear by a passenger car being operated by a Merrill man, 56. Both the driver and passenger of the car reported injuries, and the driver of the plow truck reported back pain.
02/21/26 deputies were sent to an establishment in the Town of Bradley for a patron who was being disorderly, pushing people around and attempting to get into a car to leave. When the first deputy got on scene, he identified the suspect as a Menasha man. The deputy made contact with bar employees, and they advised that the man was no longer welcome at the establishment. The man was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct and later transported to the Lincoln County Jail, where he was turned over to corrections officers.
Deputies conducted 39 traffic stops and 30 security checks.
Deputies responded to six car vs. deer crashes and one car vs. unknown animal.
