LINCOLN COUNTY – The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office this week introduced a new deputy.
The Sheriff’s Office said Deputy Austin Wadzinski is a northern Wisconsin native.
“After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the Marine Corps, where he served for four years,” the Sheriff’s Office stated. “Following his military service, he also worked in overseas contracting.”
Before joining the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office in April, Wadzinski was employed by the Oneida County Sheriff's Office and the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office in Oregon.
Wadzinski is currently assigned to the night shift.
“We value Austin's experience and are proud to have him on board,” the Sheriff’s Office said. “If you see him out in the community, please take a moment to say hi and welcome him back to the area.”
