Hatchet skaters blank Northland Pines

EAGLE RIVER – The Tomahawk High School hockey team earned a 6-0 shutout win over Northland Pines on Tuesday, Jan. 28.

The score was tied a zero each through the first period. Physicality became a factor, as it seemed to slow Pines down as the game went along. Tomahawk's offensive power finally took advantage midway through the second. The Hatchets scored three times in the second period, with all goals coming with under ten minutes left in the period.

The Hatchets’ Jonah Dickens finished the night with a hat trick. He now has 37 goals on the season.
