For the Tomahawk Leader

TOMAHAWK – The Associated Clergy of Tomahawk (A.C.T.) hosted a National Day of Prayer event at Veterans Memorial Park on Thursday, May 2.

A.C.T. member Wendy Mannering said a “small but dedicated group turned out to pray on a cold, rainy day for our nation, our state, our town, our education system, media, law enforcement, first responders and military and families.”

The event began with the American Legion Color Guard leading the Pledge of Allegiance.
