This will be the first virtual meeting of the LWVNOW that is open to the public.

Dr. Kuklenski completed her Ph.D. in International Development at the University of Southern Mississippi, with an emphasis in economic development. Her research, which includes the intersection of the economy and public policy, will be shared with us as she discusses immigration trends during global population changes, the reasons people choose to immigrate, public perceptions vs. the realities of immigrants in the host countries, and the role of public policy on integrating immigrants into the economy.

Following the presentation, there will be opportunity for questions and discussion.
