GREEN BAY – A pair of Tomahawk High School (THS) students took part in the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) State Leadership Conference in Green Bay this week.
Elizabeth Lee competed in Personal Finance, while Ryan Larson participated in Organizational Leadership.
Advisor Connor Ahrens explained that as part of the two-day conference, held on Monday, April 8 and Tuesday, April 9, state qualifiers had the opportunity to learn about business by taking part in hands-on workshops, hearing from professional speakers, attending business tours (including going to Lambeau field), voting on future state FBLA representatives and participating in a job and career fair.
Ahrens noted that Lee and Larson “represented Tomahawk well” in their respective events.
