MUSKEGO, WIS. – Corporate Central Credit Union recently announced that Val Mindak has been appointed as its Board Chair.
Mindak has been President and CEO of Park City Credit Union (PCCU), based in Merrill, for more than 14 years.
Corporate Central is a national financial cooperative based Muskego, Wis.
A release from Corporate Central said Mindak “brings a wealth of experience, having served on the board for more than six years and contributing significantly to the growth and success of the corporate credit union.”
“Now, with over $5 billion in assets under management, Corporate Central serves credit unions and their members nationwide,” Corporate Central stated. “Mindak will play a crucial role as Board Chair in leading the board and guiding the strategic direction of Corporate Central.”
Joining Mindak on the board’s Executive Committee are Vice-Chair Sue Johnson, Fort Community; Secretary Steve Koenen, Altra Federal Credit Union; and Treasurer Chris Allen, Fox Communities Credit Union.
Corporate Central said the Executive Committee is “comprised of dedicated professionals with diverse backgrounds and extensive expertise in the financial industry.”
“Together, they will work collaboratively to ensure Corporate Central continues to provide exceptional financial services and value to its members,” the release stated.

Mindak said she is “thrilled and honored to assume the position of Board Chair.”
