WISCONSIN – Wisconsin Public Service (WPS) this week announced that it had been named the best midsize electric utility in the Midwest for residential customer satisfaction by J.D. Power.
WPS said it received the honor for its performance in the 2023 Electric Utility Residential Customer Satisfaction Study (www.tinyurl.com/yc32495d), in which, the company scored more than 30 points higher than the average score for electric utilities across the United States.

This is the second time in three years WPS has been honored by J.D. Power for excellence in customer satisfaction. WPS also was named as the best midsize natural gas utility in the Midwest for residential customer satisfaction in 2021.
