RHINELANDER – The Nicolet College District Board Appointment Committee is accepting applications for three positions on the Nicolet College Board of Trustees.
Successful candidates will serve a three-year term beginning July 1, 2024.
The open three-year term positions include one member who is an employer, one member who is an employee and one member who is a school district administrator.
Per state guidelines, all candidates must meet a number of requirements in order to be eligible for Wisconsin Technical College System district board membership, according to a release from Nicolet.
“Candidates must be residents of the technical college district, must submit an application/affidavit with a completed questionnaire and at least two written references, and must attend a district board appointment committee public hearing in person to be interviewed,” Nicolet stated.
The hearing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on Monday, March 18, at Nicolet College, 5364 College Dr., Rhinelander. A second hearing is scheduled for 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, at the college. If all candidates are able to attend the Monday, March 18 hearing, the Thursday March 21 hearing will be cancelled.

Notarized applications are due to Kris Peeters, Nicolet College, P.O. Box 518, Rhinelander, Wis., 54501, by 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23.
