TOMAHAWK – A local homeless shelter is assembling a list of individuals able to serve as volunteer interpreters.
Our Sisters’ House (OSH), 328 E. Washington Ave., Tomahawk, is a temporary emergency shelter for men, women and families who are experiencing homelessness.
OSH is asking those who are bilingual, multilingual or trilingual, as well as those who can communicate through American Sign Language (ASL), to help non-English-speaking shelter clients, should the need arise.
