TOMAHAWK – Hometown Chiropractic Center’s second annual Dr. Bobbi Voermans Memorial Golf Outing raised $9,525.94.00 for Kinship of Tomahawk.

A total of 27 teams and 27 hole sponsors took part in the event, held at Inshalla Country Club in Tomahawk on Sunday, Aug. 13, and 64 Northwoods businesses donated towards raffles.

“We have a number of volunteers that loved Bobbi and Kinship, so (they) help out every year,” Dr. Kelley Milcarek of Hometown Chiropractic said. “It’s always a really fun event, with lots of hole games and raffles and 50/50s.”

This year’s winners were Ivy Sayles, Jeff Hilgendorf, Liz Lynch and Kyle Lynch.

“Thank you to everyone who volunteers, donates and participates to make this event possible,” Hometown Chiropractic stated, noting that next year’s outing is scheduled for Aug. 11, 2024. “We are already throwing around some ideas to have even more fun next year,” Hometown Chiropractic said.
