PCA donation covers costs for two AEDs at Tomahawk school complex

For the Tomahawk Leader

TOMAHAWK – Packaging Corporation of America (PCA) recently made a donation to cover the costs for two automated external defibrillators (AEDs) at the School District of Tomahawk.

PCA Tomahawk Mill Manager Don Gennrich explained that the district only had one AED, and Arland Wingate, the district’s Buildings and Grounds Supervisor, reached out to Sue Geraty, the mill’s Registered Nurse, to request assistance in improving the safety of the school complex by adding an additional AED.

PCA and the mill’s two unions came together to cover the costs for not one, but two AEDs to be placed in the elementary school building and the athletics area.
