Marshfield Medical Center-Minocqua recognized for Emergency Department patient experience

MINOCQUA – Marshfield Medical Center-Minocqua announced on Monday, Jan. 30 that it had been named a 2022 Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Patient Experience Award winner by Press Ganey, a global healthcare experience solutions organization.

The award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the country’s top hospitals and health systems according to performance in patient experience, a release from Marshfield Clinic said.

“As an award winner, Marshfield Medical Center-Minocqua is in the top 5% of healthcare providers in delivering outstanding Emergency Department patient experience in the last year,” Marshfield Clinic stated. “Press Ganey works with more than 41,000 healthcare facilities to reduce patient suffering and enhance caregiver resilience to improve the overall safety, quality and care experience.”
