Chamber Ambassadors welcome recently-rebranded Crossbridge to community

For the Tomahawk Leader

TOMAHAWK – The Tomahawk Regional Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors recently welcomed Crossbridge Community Bank to Tomahawk.

Previously known as Tomahawk Community Bank and Merrill Community Bank, the institutions merged in 2016 and rebranded as Crossbridge Community Bank in June 2022, after sharing more than 100 years of history in their communities.

The Ambassadors said the rebrand “allows for a single brand and joint mission for the long-standing area financial institutions.”

“The name Crossbridge signifies several things for the community bank, including the river, which connects the two cities, the large bridges which welcome people to both cities’ downtown business districts, the coming together of two locations, their staffs and customers, and the organization crossing a bridge into the next century,” the Ambassadors stated.
