Louise enjoyed sewing, canning, quilting and was very artistic. She loved rosemaling painting, baking, cooking and was musically talented in playing the accordion and organ. Louise loved visiting with her family and guests. She had a strong faith and was a devoted Catholic.

Louise is survived by husband – Leo Pintens of Harrison and her children – James (Rosetta) Pintens of Sinton, Tex., Diane (Larry Peters) Murphy of Tomahawk, Connie (Mark) Roberts of Rhinelander, Bernadette (Paul) Albert of Tomahawk and Elizabeth Pintens of Tomahawk. She is further survived by her brother – Fr. Dennis Dirkx of Slinger, sisters – Mary Metts of North Carolina and Patricia Puckett of Slinger, 21 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughters – Angela and Cheryl, grandson – Cody and great grandson – Bentley.

The Mass of Christian Burial for Louise Pintens will take place at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2023 at St. Mary Catholic Church. Visitation will take place on Friday evening at the Krueger Family Funeral Home, Tomahawk, from 4 p.m. until the time of Rosary Service at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of Mass at 11 a.m. Louise will be buried in St. Augustine Cemetery in Harrison in the springtime.
