Oneida County Health Department seeking participation in community assessment

For the Tomahawk Leader

ONEIDA COUNTY – The Oneida County Health Department (OCHD), in collaboration with the Forest and Vilas County Health Departments, Marshfield Clinic Health System and Aspirus Health, is conducting a community assessment throughout the three-county area.

OCHD said community members are asked to participate by completing an electronic survey.

“The survey has been developed to better understand health-related needs in our community,” OCHD stated. “The data will be used to develop a health improvement plan that will address community health priorities over the next three to five years.”

The survey, which will be open until Friday, Dec. 31, takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Participants must be 18 or older and live or work in Oneida, Vilas, or Forest counties. The information provided will be kept confidential.
