Qualheim’s True Value to hold grand opening this weekend

For the Tomahawk Leader

TOMAHAWK – Qualheim’s True Value, 79 Hometown Way, Tomahawk, will hold its grand opening throughout the weekend.

The hardware store, located at the former Shopko location on the north side of Tomahawk, will kick off its grand opening with a ribbon cutting on Friday, Aug. 12 at 10 a.m. Sales and prizes will be featured throughout the weekend.

Along with traditional hardware products, such as tools, paint, and plumbing, electrical and outdoor power equipment, Qualheim’s True Value will also sell grills, pet supplies, home goods, small appliances, Carhartt and Ariat clothing and work wear, toys, pool supplies and outdoor living items.

The store is owned by Willis Qualheim, who also owns stores in Shawano and Park Falls, with Shawano being the original location.

Qualheim said he is excited to announce the opening of a third store in Tomahawk.

“After looking for a location for quite a long time, we settled on Tomahawk and couldn’t be happier with our decision,” Qualheim stated. “The Shopko store closing left a void in the community, and we hope to fill that void with products and services that our customers will be pleased with. We have a top-notch team in place who is ready to help out customers in any way we can.”
