Program to feature Mandy Hein of Northland CPAs

NORTHERN WISCONSIN – Grow North will host a free lunch-and-learn webinar on pre-tax employee incentives later this month.
The webinar will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 30 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
Mandy Hein of Northland CPAs, a full-service tax, accounting and business consulting firm with offices located in Tomahawk, Rhinelander and Woodruff, will go over details regarding pre-tax incentives that employers can offer to their staff.
“Mandy will cover different options for businesses to invest in, starting with low-to-little upfront cost incentives, and discuss the specific benefits today’s employees find important when choosing employment,” a release from Grow North stated.
A question and answer portion will be available at the end of the webinar.
“In order for our Northwoods small businesses to stay competitive in this ‘employee’s market,’ they need more tools at their disposal to help attract the workforce they need,” said Brittany Beyer, Grow North Executive Director. “These pre-tax programs can help their bottom line and improve benefits packages they can offer their workforce.”
Grow North said it is also asking companies to send out an employee survey in the weeks before the event. Results will be shared during the webinar.
