Kenneth Osborne, age 75, of Tomahawk, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022 at Tomahawk Aspirus Hospital.

Ken was born in Tomahawk on Dec. 27, 1946 to Charles and Phyllis (Jahn) Osborne. Ken served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was awarded the Vietnam Service Medal with Bronze Service Star and the National Defense Service Medal. He was a truck driver for Pioneer in Merrill for over 20 years. After his retirement from trucking, Ken worked at Kwik Trip in Tomahawk. For the past 19 years, Ken shared his life with Rose McMillin. He enjoyed camping and hunting. Ken also loved spending time at the beach and the Hoegger shack in Minong.

Ken is survived by his significant other – Rose McMillin; two children – Jacqui (Joseph Urrutia III) Osborne of Romeoville, Ill., and Anthony Osborne of Lombard, Ill.; step-daughters – Stefanie (Jon) Pedersen of Waupaca and Andrea (Bill) Rew of Eureka, Wis. He is further survived by his grandchildren – Ariana Rodriguez, Alyssa Osborne, Madison Osborne, Jaene Rew and Annabella Rew.

The Funeral Service with Military Honors for Kenny Osborne took place at 4 p.m. on Friday, July 15, 2022 at Krueger Family Funeral Home, Tomahawk. Pastor Ross Nelson officiated. Visitation took place from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 4 p.m.

Memorials made in Ken’s name are appreciated to VFW Post 2687 Honor Flight. Krueger Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services assisted the family with arrangements. You may view the full obituary and leave online condolences at www.kruegerfamilyfuneral.com.
