TOWN OF SCOTT – Two people are facing charges following the execution of a search warrant at a residence in the Town of Scott on Monday, March 14.
According to a release from the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, the search warrant was executed by the Sheriff’s Office and the Central Wisconsin Narcotics Task Force, along with the Lincoln County Special Response Team and the Marathon County SWAT Team.
The Sheriff’s Office said that as a result of the warrant, Jean Daley, 39, and Danny Green, 37, were taken into custody.
Daley is charged with harboring or aiding a felon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Green is charged with possessing a firearm as a felon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nine firearms, as well as methamphetamine and marijuana, were seized, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Daley and Green each appeared in Lincoln County court on Tuesday, March 15. Daley was given a $7,000.00 signature bond and released. Green was held on a $25,000.00 cash bond.
The Sheriff’s Office said the Central Wisconsin Narcotics Task Force consists of agents from the FBI, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Marathon County Sheriff’s Office, the Wausau Police Department, Everest Metro Police Department, Wisconsin State Patrol and the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation.
