ADRC of Oneida County accepting applications for RSVP Advisory Council

ONEIDA COUNTY – The Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Oneida County Committee is accepting applications from interested Oneida County residents for a position on the RSVP Advisory Council.

The RSVP Advisory Council will have seven members, one of whom will be an ADRC Committee member, and will provide input and advice on volunteerism in Oneida County to the RSVP Coordinator.

Interested parties to fill the vacancy should have knowledge of human and social needs in Oneida County and knowledge in the field of community service and volunteerism, as well as an interest in and knowledge of the capability of older adults.

Volunteers and organization representatives that have volunteers are encouraged to apply.

Interested Oneida County residents should contact the ADRC of Oneida County to receive an application. Applications are due back to the department on or before 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 20.

The ADRC Committee will review all applications, and candidates will be selected to recommend to the county board for official appointment.
