Hatchet eSports squad goes 1-1 in second week of Spring League action

TOMAHAWK – The Tomahawk Hatchet eSports team lost one match and won another last week.

The Smite team took on Walden on Wednesday, March 10. Coach Paula Norman said Walden came out of the gate strong and never looked back, ultimately defeating the Hatchets. The Smite team’s record now stands at 1-1.

On Thursday, March 11, the Rocket League team went up against RVA (Rural Virtual Academy) and battled through technical difficulties and a two-player to three-player disadvantage to earn the win in the best-of-five-game series, improving their record to 2-0.

They Smite team is set to face Williams Bay on Wednesday, March 17. Visit www.tomahawk.k12.wi.us/schools/high/activities/ to stream the match.

The Rocket League team will take on Whitefish Bay A on Thursday, March 18.
