James E. Luse passed away Jan. 27, 2021, after a long battle with cancer. James attended Tomahawk High School. He enlisted in the Navy in 1963, where he served his country for four years and was honorably discharged in 1967. He met and married Sharon “Sherry” Ruffie. They had four children together, Brian, Mike, Dan and Nicole. James was preceded in death by his mother, Doris Collins; and a son, Brian. He loved fishing, especially on the Willow Flowage and hunting and bowling.
Jim was employed with Printpack for forty-one years.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry; sons, Mike, wife, Brenda Tushoski; Dan, wife, Cristi Corey; daughter, Nicole Luse; five grandchildren, Emily Luse, Aaron Luse, Alexia Corey-Luse, Frank Hill Jr. and Parrish Hill; and a brother, John, wife, Diane Luse, of Merrill, Wis.
A Celebration of Life and Military Honors will take place at a later date.
