Charlynne F. ‘Lynne’ Sedlack

Charlynne F. “Lynne” Sedlack, age 85, of Nokomis, Wis., was called to eternal rest on Wednesday, Feb. 10 at Tomahawk Health Services in Tomahawk, Wis. She was born on Aug. 22, 1935 in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of Emil and Frieda (nee Eggers) Rachuj.

Lynne was preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Frieda Rachuj, her brother, Bud Rachuj, two sisters, Luella Otto and Marge Cantone, her son, Anthony “Andy” Cappadora and her daughter, Debbie Coy and grandson, Nathan Schmudde.

She is survived by her husband Richard, two daughters, Lisa Cappadora and Tone Lynne (Dennis) Tiberi, three sons, Mark (Jan) Schmudde, Steven (Joyce) Schmudde and Dominick “Nick” (Cindy) Cappadora and by two stepdaughters, Kimberly (Chuck) Tomlitz and Jennifer (Chris) Martin, a stepson, Chris (Carrie) Sedlack and by 19 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and by several nieces and nephews.

Lynne dedicated her entire life serving as a nurse, which she enjoyed doing very much. Upon retiring, she continued this service as a home health care provider.

Memorial Gathering for Lynne will be held on Monday, Feb. 22 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Tomahawk, followed by a Memorial Service at 1 p.m. Inurnment will take place at Fancy Creek Cemetery in Richland Center, Wis., at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sedlack family. Online condolences may be shared at www.nimsgernfuneral.com. Nimsgern Funeral & Cremation Services of Woodruff, Wis., is serving the family.
