The Tomahawk High School wrestling team sponsored an honor banner for local Army veteran Kenley Cordts, who was stationed in Aschaffenburg, Germany from 1960-1962 as a radio operator for clearing platoon and a medical outfit. The honor banner hangs downtown near Dunn Financial Services. Cordts was among many other Wisconsin veterans who took the Never Forgotten Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. in May 2019.
