Judy DuPont Teal, age 80, of Tomahawk, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly Dec. 17, 2020 at home in Tomahawk.
Judy was born on Sept. 1, 1940 in Tomahawk to John and June (Christensen) DuPont. She worked as a registered nurse, most of those years at Golden Age Nursing Home. She loved gardening and watching birds. Judy was a devoted member of Northland Bible Church and a volunteer with the Kinship program. She especially loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Judy is survived by two children – M. Rhett Teal of Tomahawk and Stephanie Teal of Madison; three grandchildren – Maya Mendoza, Erin Evans and Isaac Evans; and two sisters – Sally (Cliff) Sicklinger of Tomahawk and Melanie (Gary) Fralick of Rhinelander. She is preceded in death by her parents, infant son – Adam; brothers – John (Jack) and Fredrick and sister – Vera (Joan or Baber) Nelson.
A Celebration of Life for Judy Teal will take place in the spring. A private burial will take place in Greenwood Cemetery.
