Emily Ella Rice (nee Garfield), 91, beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away Nov. 19, 2020 due to natural causes at Ballenger Creek Skilled Rehab Center, Maryland. Born Nov. 8, 1929 in Chicago Ill., she was the wife of the late Harlan D. Rice.
Surviving are daughters Sheila Lynn Rice and Colleen Marie Young, granddaughter Willow Moran and two great-grandchildren.
Her brother Russell Garfield of Tomahawk and parents Russell Deforest Garfield and Olga Schmidt Garfield preceded her in death.
