WISCONSIN – UW-Madison Division of Extension Educators Selena Freimark and Debbie Moellendorf will facilitate a virtual, interactive program focused on “common reactions to grief and loss, how to identify and draw upon your sources of strength to better cope, resources to support you and those you care about, and ways to create new and meaningful traditions,” according to a release from UW-Madison Division of Extension.

“Feelings of grief and loss can be particularly strong around the holidays,” the release stated. “The drastic changes to our routine, traditions, and way of life we’ve experienced due to COVID-19 add another layer to grief and loss.”

The virtual presentation will be held on Thursday, Dec. 10, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Register in advance at www.bit.ly/UWEXTDEC. Those who register will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the presentation.

For more information, contact Moellendorf at [email protected].
