Sheila Musch-Marquardt

Sheila Musch-Marquardt, 56, formerly of Tomahawk, passed away unexpectedly on her birthday, Tuesday, July 14, 2020 in Wausau.

Sheila was born July 14, 1964 in Tomahawk to Albert and Lorraine (Halverson) Musch. She attended Tomahawk schools and graduated in 1982 from Tomahawk High School. Sheila received an accounting degree from Nicolet College and later a business health care degree from NTC in Wausau. She was married to Rick Marquardt on March 10, 1990 at Grace Lutheran Church in Tomahawk. Sheila enjoyed watching the Packers and Brewers, she loved reading, crocheting, and most of all spending time with her family.

Surviving Sheila Marquardt is her husband, Rick; sister, Julie (Jim) Smith of Tomahawk; brother, Robert Musch of Wausau; nephew, Dustin (Paulette) Smith and niece, Amber (Bryce) Smith. She is further survived by a great niece, Kali and great nephews, Dawson and Clayton. She was preceded in death by her parents, Al and Lorraine Musch.

The Funeral Service for Sheila Marquardt was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 18, 2020 at the Krueger Family Funeral Home, Tomahawk. Pastor Susan Christian officiated. The family received friends at the funeral home Saturday morning from 9 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Social distancing was practiced, and seating was limited for the service. For those who may have felt uncomfortable at social gatherings but wanted to support the family, the funeral was radio broadcasted on FM channel 104.1. Family and friends were able to park within two blocks of the funeral home, tune to 104.1 and remain in their cars while listening to the service. A guest book and service folders were made available as well.
