John “Butch” Kolarik, 51, of Adams Lane, Tomahawk, passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at his home under the care of Ascension Hospice.
John was born Dec. 9, 1968 in Chicago, Ill., to Keith and Sharon (Adams) Kolarik. He was married to Jamie Fradenburg in Tomahawk. Butch owned and operated Butch’s Floor Care in the Chicago area for many years. He moved to the Tomahawk area in 2004. He enjoyed model trains, snowmobiling, watching old movies, and spending time with his dogs, Moose and Bear. He loved cars and was a proud owner of a ‘68 Corvette, a ‘72 Nova, and beautiful black 2015 Camaro.
Surviving John “Butch” Kolarik are his wife, Jamie; parents, Keith and Sharon Kolarik of Tomahawk; and a sister, Lori Kolarik, of Dwight, Ill. He was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby.
