Lincoln County Sheriff’s Report: April 27, 2020

As reported by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Monday, April 27:

A Merrill man, 33, was arrested Thursday evening on a misdemeanor charge of battery and felony charges of intimidation of a victim by use of force and strangulation/suffocation after deputies investigated a disturbance in the Town of Scott.

A Tomahawk woman, 42, received non-life threatening injuries Thursday morning after a single-vehicle crash in the Town of Bradley.

A Rhinelander man, 48, will be summonsed into court following a traffic stop Friday morning in the Town of Pine River. The man will be charged with driving after revocation as a repeat offender and four misdemeanor counts of bail jumping.

A Merrill man, 35, was arrested Saturday morning on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver and a parole violation in the Town of Scott.

A deputy, along with firefighters from Corning and the DNR, responded to a report of a grass fire Sunday afternoon. The fire was reported at a property on State Rd. 64 near Midway Rd.

Three people reported striking deer last week.
