TOMAHAWK – Ascension Medical Group is pleased to welcome board certified family nurse practitioner Danielle Polega, NP-C, to Tomahawk.
Polega provides primary care to patients of all ages and has a special interest in women’s health. She will see patients at Ascension at Tomahawk, 401 West Mohawk Drive.
Polega completed her Master of Science in nursing at Chamberlin College, Downers Grove, Ill. When not in the office, Polega enjoys traveling, kayaking and golf.
