National Weather Service providing Severe Weather Spotter Training in Rhinelander

RHINELANDER – The National Weather Service will provide information on being a storm spotter, thunderstorm safety, severe weather identification and reporting procedures on Tuesday, March 17, at 6:00 p.m. at the Oneida County Law Enforcement Center, 2000 E. Winnebago St., Rhinelander.

The class will last approximately 90 minutes to two hours. There is no cost associated with the class, but registration is appreciated as space is limited. To register, contact the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office/Division of Emergency Management Office at 715-361-5167.
