According to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, Brian Liebscher, 54, of Sugar Camp, was arrested on Friday, Aug. 30, for obstructing law enforcement by providing false information about his brother. When contacted in the early morning hours of Aug. 29, Brian did not inform law enforcement that he had been contacted by Jeffrey after the hit-and-run incident on Highway 17 that left motorcyclist Sean Holtslander, 23, of St. Germain, dead. Brian also didn’t tell authorities that he had driven Jeffrey to Three Lakes after the incident.

Brian Liebscher expected to appear in court Tuesday, Sept. 3.
