KICKN’ IT AT THE ANTIQUE BOAT MOTOR SHOW

Antique boat and motor enthusiasts from around the country and beyond were in Tomahawk last week to swap, sell, feature and race antique outboard motors and boats. Hosted by the Northwoods Chapter of the Antique Outboard Motor Club, the inside of SARA Park was turned into a museum where the public could check out the collections on display. The runway served as a swap meet strip and Lake Mohawksin provided the perfect setting for owners to take out their antiques and see if they could make their “kickers” run. The event concluded Saturday evening with a club banquet at SARA Park.
