Helen M. Fritz, age 85, of Tomahawk, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024, at Aspirus Tomahawk Hospital. Helen was born in La Crosse, Wis., on May 19, 1938, to the late Erwin and Leone (Christopher) Limpert. She was married to Dean Fritz at Immanuel Lutheran Church in LaCrosse.
Helen worked at Bradley Bank in Tomahawk for many years among other jobs. She was a longtime member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church where she served on the Altar Guild. Helen was an avid reader and a master cribbage player. Watching the Brewers, Badgers, and Packers was a favorite pastime.
Helen is survived by her daughters, Pam (Paul) Daigle, of Wausau, Wis., and Lori (Joe) Priebe, of Rhinelander, Wis.; her granddaughter, Kaitlin Daigle, of Wausau; and her sister, Geraldine Schams, of Lilydale, Minn. She is further survived by several nieces and nephews.
Helen was preceded in death by her parents, Erwin and Leone; her husband, Dean; and her sisters, Donna Taylor and Marilyn Wolden.

Memorial services for Helen Fritz will be held on Friday, May 10, 2024, at 11:30 a.m., at the Northwoods Vineyard Church. Rev. Nate Nelson will officiate.
